No Bake Nutella Cheesecake

We are A Nutella family! We all love Nutella and I’m sure Nutella loves us too by now.
We have a thing for cheese cakes and mousse and everything that helps make us fat πŸ˜€ lol. Not that fat but yes we managed to gain a few extra pounds πŸ˜› What can one do, we love food and good desserts. So I’m sharing this awesome recipe
with you today, I found this way back in 2013 when I was obsessed with Pinterest and and have tried this many times since then. It’s always good!



Here’s what you’ll need for the crust:

12 Oreo Cookies, crushed into crumbs
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Now let’s move onto what you will need for the filling, Please note:

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup Nutella
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed

For the Garnish
whipped topping, optional
chocolate shavings, optional
toasted, chopped hazelnuts, optional
So basically it depends on your mood, I skip the whipped topping.

Once you have the ingredients ready:
In a medium bowl, stir together the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Evenly divide the crumbs between your individual serving dishes and press into the bottoms of the dishes to form a crust layer.

In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and Nutella until smooth. Add vanilla and mix to combine. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the whipped topping until blended and no streaks remain.

Evenly pipe or spoon the filling into individual serving dishes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

You can garnish with additional whipped topping, chocolate shavings, or roasted chopped hazelnuts.

So you have something easy, and delicious for days when you are too lazy to go out, make this at home and make your family happy πŸ™‚
