Trending Dresses That Can Be Worn On New Year’s Eve

Ladies, it’s finally that time of the year where we gather with our loved ones and welcome the coming year with ambitious resolutions and positivism. While we look forward to a number of occasions on New Year’s Eve, the haunting question for us is always, “what outfit am I going to rock tonight?”
Being a fashion enthusiast, NYE is one of the toughest nights for me in terms of outfits. So here’s what I think are the most trending ideas for this year that can be worn on this super fun night when we say goodbye to year 2016.
Here you go ladies..

1. Velvet:
One of the hottest trends of fall-winter 2016 season is obviously velvet. The fabric is extremely soft and comfy; trust me you’d never regret wearing a velvet dress. It can be a short skater style dress which can be worn with tights or it can even be a bodycon dress. You only need to know how to carry it well and accessorize it appropriately.

2. One Shoulder:
One shoulder tops/dresses are chic, unique and versatile. If you don’t own any one shoulder top/dress then do justice to your wardrobe and get one right after reading this article.

3. Statement Furs:
Fur keeps you warm and it can be worn on any kind of dress or top. Short length or long length, full sleeves or sleeveless, any would look perfectly fine. Given that its winter and it often gets quite chilly at night, fur keeps you warm and content throughout the night.

4. Off-the-shoulder:
This summer was all about off-the-shoulder tops. It’s no longer a trend, it’s a wardrobe essential! You should definitely try an off-the-shoulder top or a dress.

5. Crop Tops:
Crop tops are also very much in fashion as of the past couple of years. A crop top definitely gives a flawless look when worn with high-waisted pants or high-waisted skirts.

6. Gold and Flashy:
A dress or a top that is shimmery, gold and flashy is always perfect to be worn on parties. You should definitely make some space for a gold and flashy top in your wardrobe.
